BreakFree is an educational lifestyle program. This website does not provide medical care, and we are not your health care provider.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you request a consultation, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and ZIP code. When you request a corporate proposal, we collect your name, job title, company, work email, phone number, city and state, number of employees, and anything you choose to tell us about your interest.
Asking about a health program may itself suggest something about your health or interests. We treat your request as private and use it only as described here.
Information collected automatically. To protect our forms from spam and automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. It processes technical signals such as your IP address, browser details, and device connection information. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes standard technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website. Our site also loads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not currently use analytics on this website.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your request and send you a confirmation email
- Find a consultant near you, or arrange a video call if no one is nearby
- Prepare and discuss a corporate proposal
- Protect our website and forms from spam and abuse
- Keep records of our communications and meet our legal obligations
When We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
We share it only with:
- BreakFree consultants. To follow up on your request, we may share your details with a consultant who serves your area. Consultants operate independently and are expected to use your information only to follow up on your request.
- Service providers. Companies that help us run the website and handle email, including Cloudflare (website hosting, spam protection, and email delivery) and our email and help desk provider.
- Legal and safety reasons. When required by law, or when needed to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services.
- Organizational changes. If our program is transferred to another organization, subject to this policy.
How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and limits on who can access requests. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing support@breakfree.health. We will respond and won't treat you differently for making a request.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Visitors Outside the United States
Our services are based in the United States, and your information may be processed there.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will post the update here and change the date above.
